Robbing and Kidnapping
Robbing
Robbing must have a valid roleplay reason. [Robbing just for money is not allowed]
Chain robbing players is not allowed. [After robbing a player, you are not allowed to rob another player for an hour]
Robbing incapacitated players is not allowed.
Robbing a player whose just used a bank or ATM is not allowed. [Camping at these locations is not allowed] - you are not allowed to force another player to use a bank or ATM.
You may not take weapons or police items (including radios) from police officers.
Police officers can only be robbed when incapacitated. You are not to rob police officers that are on their feet. You may only steal ammunition, armor, medical supplies and items that civilians may buy from the store. [Pocket wiping is not advised]
You may not pick fights with an LEO with the intention of robbing them, robbing LEO should only take place during active scenarios. [If you take a cop hostage and kill them or they get killed you are not allowed to rob them] - Robbing LEO should not be done regularly, there is no reason to rob LEO in every scenario. (Realism dictates that normally police officers are not the victims of robberies, they are usually the ones criminals try to avoid.)
Workers
You are not allowed to rob on-duty EMS and Forever Chasing mechanics.
There is no limit how much you can steal or scam from another player and the SADRP staff team will not issue refunds. [Don't carry excessive amounts of money] - you are not allowed to scam players with properties or cars. For example: selling a house or car, getting the money from them and then not transferring the car or house.
Hostage Taking, Kidnapping, and Negotiating
Kidnapping another player must have proper roleplay reason behind it.
A hostage is someone you use for leverage/bargaining power to get an upper hand.
The hostages should remain at the scene and you are advised not to transport them to a secondary place.
Hostages cannot be fake.
The following players cannot be kidnapped/taken hostage: on-duty police officers (unless there are more than 5 on-duty), associates and friends of the hostage-taker, on-duty EMS or Forever Chasing mechanics (Unless you have a valid roleplay reason to kidnap the paramedic/methanic in particular as opposed to a regular civilian.)
Negotiations are to be held face to face; not through other communication platforms. [Exceptions may be made by LEO]
Negotiators can't be hurt or taken hostage.
Each hostage grants you one request. You may ask for $5K in total for all the hostages
No unreasonable demands, for example; "leave or we shoot", you can't demand the police to completely leave the area.
If the police end the negotiations you may open fire.
If you have no hostage or don't show proof of the hostage, expect the police to breach.
