Initiation

Initiation must be made face to face in-character; initiation may not be through twitter or other outside communication platform. Initiation must have proper roleplay reason behind them. Try to provide three reasonable verbal warnings before taking any lethal action. Initiation ends after 20 minutes.

The following are prohibited:

• Attempting to directly or indirectly control other player's characters.

• Force an officer to release your car from the police impound.

• Force yourself into an active roleplay scenario; if you are asked to leave, you must do so.
