Force RP / Power Gaming

Force RP: Forcing a action or state onto another player without giving them an opportunity to react or a choice in the situation.

Power Gaming: The act of using an in-game mechanic, or a roleplay concept to favor one's own character by giving them an unfair or unrealistic advantage; particularly one that other players cannot counteract.

Examples of power gaming

• Using escort instead of putting the person in the vehicle

• Not roleplaying injuries

• Playing around the mechanics of roleplay to benefit yourself

• Typing "/me stabs officer to death" while standing next to a police officer.

• Typing "/me grabs your head and smacks you into a wall."

Example of Force RP:

An officer uses his k9 and says there are drugs in the car without the Subject doing a /me or /do and choosing what his character has in the car.
